In Valdobbiadene, amidst the lush vegetation of the UNESCO World Heritage hills and the Pedemontana Veneta motorway, Casa Caldart restaurant is ready to welcome you.

The philosophy behind our dishes is meant to divulge and increase an idea of gastronomic culture that starts from our unconditional respect for the raw materials which must be first choice and fresh. The knowledge that our chefs have of the raw material and how it can be treated is the secret of our cuisine.

Modern
and Traditional

Starting from home-made pasta and gnocchi, seasonal vegetables, meat and fish… all our menu proposals are the result of perfect execution by our chefs. But not only that. In addition to the execution, we experience interpretation, creativity and true love for the culture of good food.

We also pay particular attention to the food plating and presentation because the care of the aesthetic aspect means enhancing the nature of the ingredients. Our restaurant has a large car park. Our main hall is illuminated by natural light coming in from the large windows overlooking the garden. Casa Caldart also has a few small rooms offering our guests a more intimate and cosy experience. Additionally, in the front part of the restaurant there is a garden equipped with a playground for children. At Casa Caldart you will find the values and foundations on which we base our catering service: care, respect and dedication.

Great traditional dishes have been skilfully revisited by our chefs, our cuisine philosophy has its roots in the Italian tradition but it is projected into the future. Choose from our meat or fish menu to enjoy innovative combinations for a real explosion of taste. Our staff is at your disposal to help you choose the right glass of wine to match with each dish.
